Based at Basepoint Business & Innovation Centre, 110 Butterfield, Great Marlings, Luton, LU2 8DL, We serve adults across a wide range of needs—including personal care in their own homes (domiciliary care) and supported living services for those who require a higher level of core support.

Our Aims & Objectives

  • Deliver exceptional care and support that meets the individual’s needs and aspirations.
  • Develop and implement person-centred care and support plans within 7 days of referral, reviewing them at least quarterly.
  • To make sure that we encourage individual fulfilment, innovation, and development at every level within the company.
  • To run a sustainable and profitable business with values that deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure the safety, wellbeing and dignity of service users at all times.
  • Achieve continuous improvement in quality and service delivery.

  • Offer ongoing professional development and supervision for carers and support staff, aiming for at least one formal supervision per month and two training sessions per quarter.
  • Maintain strong partnerships with families, commissioners and other health & social care professionals.
  • Achieve continuous improvement in quality and service delivery.
  • Facilitate at least one community-based project or event each quarter that brings service users together with the wider community, supporting social integration and reducing isolation.
